Lamplighter's Hornpipe

more Victorian era tunage

Learn this great old hornpipe I got from Cyril Stinnett up in Northwest Missouri back in the 1970s. I’ve attached all the resources you need. This another tune that appears in Cole’s 1000 Fiddle Tunes – great Victorian era tunage! I’d generally consider this a New England/Maritime tune, but it’s played pretty widely do to its presence in the old tune books.
